WhatsApp Automation: The Complete User Guide
Introduction
Welcome to the guide for the WhatsApp Automation tool! This feature allows you to send bulk messages to your contacts efficiently and reliably using your own WhatsApp account. Designed with safety and ease of use in mind, it handles the heavy lifting of sending messages one by one so you don’t have to.
1. Getting Started
Before you can send messages, you need to connect the app to your WhatsApp account. This connects your phone’s WhatsApp to our automation engine, similar to how WhatsApp Web works.
Connecting Your Account
- Open the Automation Screen: Navigate to the WhatsApp Automation section in the app.
- Wait for Initialization: The app will automatically start the background service. You’ll see a “Connecting…” status.
- Scan QR Code:
- Once ready, a fake QR code might appear initially, but wait for the “Scan to Connect” status.
- Open WhatsApp on your primary phone (the one you want to send messages from).
- Go to Settings > Linked Devices > Link a Device.
- Point your phone’s camera at the QR code shown on the Automation screen.
- Success: Once scanned, the status will change to “Session Active”. You are now ready to send!
Note: If you prefer to use a Pairing Code instead of a camera, tap the “Use Pairing Code” button (if available) and follow the prompts.
2. Setting Up a Campaign
A “Campaign” is simply the group of contacts you want to message and the content you want to send.
Step 1: Select Your Campaign
Tap the “Select Campaign” dropdown box. This will show a list of your saved contact lists (Campaigns). Pick the one you want to message today. The app will automatically load the contacts from that list.
Step 2: Add Media (Optional)
You can send files along with your text messages. Use the buttons below the campaign selector:
- Image: Opens your gallery to pick a photo.
- Video: Opens your gallery to pick a video.
- Document: Opens your file manager to pick a PDF, Word doc, etc.
Tip: To remove an attached file, simply tap the “Remove Attachment” button.
3. Smart Messaging (Anti-Spam)
To keep your account safe and prevent messages from looking like spam, this tool uses two smart features:
Message Variants
Tap “Manage Messages” to add multiple versions of your message. For example:
- Variant 1: “Hello! Check out our new offer.”
- Variant 2: “Hi there! We have a special deal for you.”
The system will randomly pick one variant for each contact. This makes your sending behavior look more human and natural.
Unsubscribe Option
You will see a switch tailored to “Add Unsubscribe Link”. We highly recommend leaving this ON. It automatically adds a polite footer (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”) to your messages. This allows user to opt-out easily, reducing the chance they will report you for spam.
4. Sending Controls
Once you are set up, you have full control over the sending process:
- Start Sending: Begins the bulk messaging process. The app will send messages one by one with a random delay (usually 10-15 seconds) between each to ensure safety.
- Pause: Temporarily stops sending. Useful if you need to check something or lose internet connection. You can resume later from exactly where you left off.
- Resume: Continues a paused or previously interrupted campaign.
- Stop: Completely cancels the current sending session.
Progress Tracking
A progress card will appear showing:
- Progress Bar: Visual indicator of how many messages have been sent.
- Success/Fail Counts: Real-time counter of delivered vs. failed messages.
- Next Message Timer: A countdown showing when the next message will be sent (e.g., “Next in 12s”).
5. Troubleshooting Tips
- “Connection Error”: If the app says it can’t connect, try tapping the “Restart App” button if prompted, or simply close and reopen the app.
- QR Code Not Loading: If the QR code expires or doesn’t appear, tap “Refresh QR”.
- Sending Stopped? Ensure your phone has an active internet connection and the screen is not aggressively killed by battery savers. The app is designed to run in the foreground.
